Join us on April 18th for R2Hop2, our annual Beer and Music Festival! R2Hop2's name is inspired by an original piece of equipment used at Fordham & Dominion. The machine, which closely resembles R2D2, has the job of dry hopping our beer. This technique adds hops to already fermented beer, supplementing its hoppy aroma just before packaging.
